Health insurance coverage may vary, so we strongly recommend verifying with your provider whether your policy includes SEHA CLINICS.

Coverage terms may change, and if your insurance is not accepted, you will be kindly responsible for:

  • ⚊ Specialist treatments & other medical services

If required, reimbursement forms will be signed by the doctor, however please note that patients will need to handle the reimbursement process directly with their insurance companies.
